SWE offers event-planning services from intimate group functions of 25 people up to large-scale events with 200+ guests.

SWE is known for unparalleled organization skills, elegant style and taste, and flawless execution of weddings and events. We work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop an event plan that confirms every last detail from decor to menu to entertainment and more.

SWE offers distinctive event planning services that appeal to a more discerning client taste. We work with many Vancouver-area venues, but most favourably with Vancouver West Heritage Home Settings. These beautiful and stately locations feature graceful interiors and beautiful gardens, perfect for unforgettable wedding and intimate gatherings. The unique character of the homes lends perfectly to a personal, expressive event setting.

SWE is also Vancouver's Asian wedding specialist. SWE offers specialty services in Korean and Chinese celebrations, offering full planning services that cater to Asian-Canadian weddings and events.
